Not a proper walk!

How to fix an ankle

Garden footie + twisted ankle = sprained ankle (or so I thought).
A gentle stroll the following weekend seemed like a good idea.
But, apparently not.

The doc said it’s really busted (sprain + tearing + fracture) and needs some TLC.
No more proper walking for a while.

Cue violins.

You're going to end up with one tanned leg and the other with a white boot on it!

Now I'm no expert on these things, but that looks to me a bit like a storm trooper boot - you sure you've not just raided H&F's dressing up box for a bit o' sympafy?

It's a Ossur Equalizer Low Top Walker which comes with the tag line "Life without Limitations" which is clearly either a lie, or indented for different types of lives than mine.

I'm tempted to take it up with Ossur Head Office, only it's in Iceland.
