Waun Fach & Grwyne Fawr Loop
Up early for the Bath Spa express.
And a day in the hills with the gents.
Someone had the same boot trouble as I did on Snowdon
The views of wide, open, vistas, were none too shabby.
Sheep, mice, but not the advertised Lamagaboogler
But we may have missed one while quaffing the champers.
Dinner, and a pint or four, at the Priory in Llanthony
Most lovely, thanks chaps.
New Milton Dog Walk Views
Views from excursions of the early morning kind with Mr Special and Pip...
There were crack-of-dawn swimmers...
...and evening flyers.
The boys were best behaved.
Even Charlie. (Who didn't bite my finger.)
Pip came to stay
Guess who came to stay?
Some reeducation was necessary.
Salomon's. My go to since 2005. Wear them.
A spot of lunch in Milton (new) to say thank you for looking after Mr Special and Sir Ewok while we were taking in the sights, and as a little well done celebration
Band of Hope followed by Fleur Stevenson (with Maff and Drew) at Le Clos for the last evening of Bunkfest. Tight.
No lanterns this time.
Some extras from Amsterdam.
Montmartre. Where we discover the boy's culture¹ limit.
And yes, it was just as good as the last time

- Actually, they didn't use the phrase per se, but you get the drift.
Originally the tower had a permit to stand for 20 years. It was to be dismantled in 1909, that would have been five years before construction of Sacré-Cœur had completed.
